REVERSE	Legend : SALVS REI - PVBLICAE// CONE. Translation : (La santé de la République). Description : Victoria (la Victoire) assise à droite, les jambes croisées, tenant de la main gauche un bouclier posé sur un cippe et y inscrivant le chrisme.

History : Aelia Flaccilla était la première femme de Théodose Ier et la mère d'Arcadius et d'Honorius. Elle reçut le titre d'augusta à l'élévation d'Arcadius et mourut en 386.
